Parking

For the shortest walk to Memorial Union (Daily maximum rate on UW-Madison campus is $15/day), check out the following ramps from the east side of campus:

  1. Helen C. White Hall (Lot 006 HC White Upper or Lower) 

  2. Grainger Hall (Lot 007) 

  3. Fluno Center (Lot 083)

  4. Southeast Campus Ramp

Note that the city of Madison public ramp is currently under construction and not available for parking.

Accommodations

There is a room block @ the DoubleTree Hotel Downtown Madison. Rooms are $165 per night / Parking $18 per vehicle. Rate is available until October 17. Click here to reserve a room.

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Memorial Union at 7am and 7:15am. Alternative shuttle times may be requested. Approx. 12 mins. walk from the hotel to MU.
